Key Responsibilities: ● Respond promptly to customer queries via E-mail, WhatsApp and phone. ● Manage order-related inquiries — shipping updates, returns, replacements etc. ● Coordinate internally with the operations and logistics teams for timely resolution. ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. ● Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Desired Skills and Qualities: ● Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). ● Polite, patient, and able to handle customers with empathy. ● Basic computer skills — comfortable using Gmail, Excel and WhatsApp Web.
