Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Linguistic Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Telugu and Kannada to handle customer calls for the debt recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.

• Explain outstanding dues, EMI details, and payment deadlines.

• Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.

• Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Fluency in speaking Telugu and/or Kannada is mandatory.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Freshers are welcome collection experience will be an advantage.
