✅ Freshers: ₹18,500 per month

✅ Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month (in-hand)

🚖 CAB FACILITY

Company-provided cab facility is available for applicable shifts after 11:00 PM.

📅 WORKING DAYS

6 days working per week.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• 12th Pass / PUC / Any Degree

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work rotational day and night shifts.

• Candidates should be comfortable communicating in their preferred language, subject to the language requirements of the assigned process.

🗣️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates may mention the languages they speak comfortably, such as English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu or other languages.

Language requirements will depend on the specific process and vacancy.

💻 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries related to orders and deliveries.

• Assist customers with order status and tracking updates.

• Provide accurate information about order-related issues.

• Maintain customer details and update information in the system.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate them to the appropriate team.

• Maintain good customer service and communication standards.
