Hiring: Telecalling Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for confident and good communication-skilled Telecalling Executives who can interact with candidates over voice calls and explain the complete recruitment process, job vacancies, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, salary details and joining procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to interested candidates.
Explain the recruitment process and available job vacancies.
Provide information about salary, benefits and job requirements.
Guide candidates regarding required documents and registration.
Follow up with candidates and resolve their queries.
Maintain daily calling records and candidate details.
Eligibility: 12th Pass | Freshers & Experienced can apply.
Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, basic computer knowledge and confidence over phone calls.
