Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Hindi Process Company: Sutherland Location: Perungalathur, Chennai, India Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, rotational within shift window) Compensation & Benefits 

Salary (Take Home): o ₹16,000 per month (Freshers) o ₹18,000 per month (6 months – 1 year experience)

 Performance Incentives: Applicable post completion of 3 months

 Relocation Support: 14 days of accommodation provided for outstation candidates Experience Required
