We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join STARTEK for the SBI Mutual Fund Process. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers attractive salary packages and growth opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Assist customers with queries related to SBI Mutual Fund products and services.

• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

• Achieve customer service and performance targets.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate candidates only.

• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply.

• English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Willing to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts.

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC (Approx. ₹18,000 Take Home)

• Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 CTC (Approx. ₹20,000 Take Home)
