Job Description

SMFG India Credit is hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide effective support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries through calls and other customer service channels.

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

• Experience: Currently working employees only.

• Language: Hindi is mandatory.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer service environment.
