Position: Customer Support Executive

Key responsibilities will be to solve customer queries regarding broadband connection.

•Inbound Process

•6 days working

•9hr Shift

•Graduate + Fresher

•Undergraduate

•Rotational Shifts for Males and for Females till 8pm

•Rotational Off

•11k inhand salary + 300rs attendance allowance

2nd requirement -

Airtel Black Gold

Position: Customer Support Executive

Inbound Process

5 days working

9hrs Shift

Rotational Shifts for Males and for Females in between 7am to 8pm

Rotational off

Graduation Mandatory

Atleast 8 to 9 months

Freshers can apply

15.5k inhand

400 per day training amount for 40 to 45 days
