We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team at Skylark Express Delhi Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling customer calls, providing prompt and professional support, and resolving issues related to courier and cargo services. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations and other departments to resolve complex delivery-related issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
Job Requirements:
1 – 3 years of prior experience in courier, cargo, or logistics industry is mandatory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Comfortable with 6 days working (Day shift).
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
