Hiring for International Fintech Voice Process

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Fintech Voice Campaign at our Indore (Madhya Pradesh) location.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates / Undergraduates

Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Excellent English communication skills

Clear pronunciation and strong grammar

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details:

Process: International Voice (Fintech)

Work Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs

Working Hours: 9.5 hours per shift

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹28,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Experienced: Up to ₹36,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Relocation Support (Outstation Candidates):

One-way travel ticket provided

14 days hotel accommodation

Relocation bonus after 3 months of joining (as per policy)

Key Requirement:

Fluent English communication with no major pronunciation or grammatical errors
