Customer Support Experts – International & Domestic (Voice Process)

📍 Location: Sector 142, Noida (Near Noida Sec-142 Metro Station)
🕔 Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts (24/7) | Rotational Week Offs
🛺 Night Shift Cab: Available between 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM

💰 Compensation

• International Desk: Up to ₹4.2 LPA

• Domestic Desk: Up to ₹3.2 LPA

🎓 Qualification Required

• Graduation is mandatory

• Freshers are NOT eligible

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Handle voice-based customer support for travel-related services

• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries while maintaining high quality standards

• Collaborate with Team Leads, SMEs, and other support teams to meet defined KPIs

• Ensure strict compliance and maintain confidentiality of customer data

🌍 International Desk – Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO – Customer Service (Travel Process only)

• Must have Versant Score: C1

🏠 Domestic Desk – Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO – Customer Service (Travel / E-Commerce preferred)

• Must have Versant Score: B2
