Job Description – Sales / Customer Relationship Executive

We are hiring for Sales / Customer Relationship Executive roles with leading brands in the Real Estate and Banking sectors.

Location:-Thane West

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and queries professionally.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Convince customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.

3–6 months of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Banking or Real Estate preferred.

Freshers may also be considered for relevant opportunities.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

Work Schedule:

6 days working with rotational weekly off / as per business requirements.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month, depending on experience and role.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
