Eligibility:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist them with game-related inquiries.
Explain how to play the games and ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable experience.
Handle billing, payments, and cashiering responsibilities accurately.
Maintain a friendly environment while providing excellent customer service at all times.
Working Hours & Schedule:
9-hour shift per day
1 weekly off
Public holidays and weekends are working days
Shift Timings:
Female Candidates (Rotational Shifts):
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Male Candidates (Rotational Shifts):
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Important:
Candidates must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days after joining.
