Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
• Provide timely solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues.
• Meet performance metrics for call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
• Understand hardware configuration and installation.
• Provide client training.
• Demonstrate understanding of MS SQL DB, .Net, hardware, and networking.
Requirements:
• 12th Pass with 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints, provide accurate information, and escalate complex issues.
• Availability for a 6-day work week during day shift.
