Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Process: Inbound Calls

Job Responsibility: Handling customer queries related to ATM cards, transactions, and other banking-related services.

No. of Positions: 20

Role includes: ( Customer Support (All Process - Voice )

Gender: Male – Only Male Candidate Fresher Candidate or Immediate Joiner Needed.

Job Type: Work from Office

Job Location: Mumbai – Andheri East (MIDC , Ackruti Centre )

Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Salary: Up to ₹3,25,000 (based on last drawn salary)

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree in any field (mandatory)

Additional Information:

Candidates will be on Bank’s payroll.

Shift Time For Male : Rotational shifts between 24* 7 - 9-hour rotational shifts

Week Off: One rotational off between (Monday–Sunday).

Nature of Work: Calling process.
