Job Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for both Inbound and Outbound Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and upselling services/products whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain good customer relationships and satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

Good communication skills
