Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team at Resume Hubs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries and complaints, and providing a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers whenever required.

• Provide clear and accurate information to customers.

• Meet assigned performance and quality targets.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate team.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Willing to work 5 days a week.

• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and patiently.

Salary & Growth

In-hand Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,880 per month
