We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Resume Hubs. The role offers ₹17,000 - ₹19,880 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or processes.
Resolve customer issues as per defined process guidelines.
Handle customer complaints and difficult situations patiently.
Provide appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Night shift.
Shift Timings
Rotational Shifts:
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
👩 Female Candidates: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift only.
📅 Week Off
2 rotational week-offs
