Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Inbound & Outbound Tele caller (Multiple Voice Processes)

Job Requirements:

​Education: PUC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate based on the

assigned process.

​Languages: Good English combined with regional fluency (Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali).

​Skills: Clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer/typing skills.

​Availability: Must be ready to join immediately with all original educational and KYC documents.

​Roles & Responsibilities:

​Handle inbound customer queries or outbound verification/service calls based on process allocation.

​Deliver accurate product/service information and resolve grievances promptly.

​Maintain call logs, update ticket status, and record interaction details in the CRM system.

​Follow established quality parameters, script guidelines, and performance metrics.

​Escalate complex or unresolved queries to team leads and support queues.
