About the Role:
Resham Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic freshers, students and homemakers who can communicate with customers/prospects, understand their requirements, provide basic information, follow up with interested leads and assist in the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer/prospect messages and queries

• Provide basic information about available products/services

• Follow up with interested leads

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance

• Support the sales team/process

• Maintain basic records of daily conversations and follow-ups

• Follow company-provided training, guidelines, and work processes

Requirements:

• Basic Hindi communication skills required
