We Are Hiring: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Location: Work From Office
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for candidates for a Voice Support role who can handle customer queries and provide quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Resolve customer queries effectively
Maintain records in CRM
Ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and escalate issues when required

Eligibility Criteria:

12th Pass or Graduate
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts

Shift Details:

Males: Rotational shifts
Females: Day shift (may extend till 8 PM)
6 days working with 1 rotational week off

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,500 (In-hand)
Night shift allowance: ₹1,500 (if applicable)
