We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Corporate Contact Centre team as Customer Service Executives. The role involves handling customer queries through calls and emails (blended process), ensuring a smooth customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalation cases promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
Minimum qualification: HSC Pass.
Experience in customer service or escalation handling preferred.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (9 hours/day)
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off per week
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand
