Handle inbound customer calls
Manage email & chat support
Assist customers with Video KYC
Provide accurate and timely customer solutions
Shift Details:
Female: 9-hour rotational shifts (9 AM – 9 PM)
Male: 9-hour rotational shifts (24×7)
1 rotational week off
Employment Type:
1-year contract (Bank payroll)
