Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 CTC
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Full-time, On-site)

Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage client communication and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive, detail oriented, and committed to providing an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve client concerns and follow up on pending issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution
• Maintain proper documentation and update records using CRM tools Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–8 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
• Preferred: Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala, Bangalore
