⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Sunday Fixed Off
💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand (Based on Last Drawn Salary and Communication Skills)
About the Role
We are seeking Customer Support Executives who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in handling customer queries and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.
Record and update customer information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
Excellent communication skills in:
English
Hindi
Bengali
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Immediate Joiners.
Experience in BPO, Customer Service, or Call Center environments
