Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client queries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
• Assist the marketing team in managing and addressing client requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates on ongoing projects and
campaigns.
• Communicate work progress and updates to clients promptly.
• Maintain proper records of client communications and requests.
• Ensure a positive client experience by providing prompt and professional support.
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure client requirements are completed on
time.
• Support the team in maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Eligibility
• Experience: 0–1 years in customer support, client servicing, or a similar role.
Note: Candidates will be required to serve us at least 2 years.
