Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Banking Process
Location: Gurugram, Sector 18 (Electronic City)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Process: Blended (Voice + Email)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary & Incentives:
• Freshers – Up to ₹30,000 CTC / ₹26,000 In-hand
• Experienced – Up to ₹37,500 CTC / ₹33,000 In-hand
• Monthly Incentives – Up to ₹8,000
Eligibility:
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
• Fluent English communication mandatory
• International voice experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge required
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer calls for US banking process
• Respond to customer queries via voice and email
• Maintain proper documentation and follow quality guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction and process compliance
Interview Process:
• Walk-in Interview
• AMCAT & Write X mandatory
• Minimum score required: B2 / 65
