Location: Jaipur (Work From Office Only)

Position Summary

The Customer Support / Sales / Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to international customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions for US/UK clients.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a courteous and professional manner.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly while maintaining service quality standards.

Document all interactions comprehensively in the system.

Meet or exceed defined performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability and willingness to work in rotational US/UK shifts.

Desired Skills and Attributes

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Prior experience in BPO or Technical Support will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹34,000 CTC per month.

Experienced candidates (BPO/Technical Support): Up to ₹37,000 CTC per month.

Relocation support including:

14 days of company-sponsored hotel accommodation.

Relocation bonus.

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts covering US and UK time zones.
