• Education: Any Graduate Degree
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in BFSI sector (Banking / Financial / Insurance)
• Languages: Must know Marathi, Hindi & English
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in migrating to digital channels (ATM, Internet Banking, YONO, ADWM, etc.)
• Handle backend support tasks
• No sales target – purely support role
