Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Service with excellent knowledge of social media platforms. The candidate should have good communication and convincing abilities, along with basic computer knowledge and internet research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through social media platforms.

• Maintain and update the lead database.

• Make outbound calls to generate business opportunities.

• Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Any Field.

• Ability to handle customer calls effectively.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.

• Good internet research and web browsing skills.

• Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
