Position: Client Support Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411019
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in Client Support, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming client calls professionally.

• Communicate with clients in a clear and fluent manner, in English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Understand client requirements, queries, and complaints.

• Create Ticket in ERP and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

• Follow up with clients regularly regarding pending issues, orders, services, and requirements.

• Maintain proper records of client calls, follow-ups, and issues.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Project, and Technical teams for timely resolution.

• Update client-related information and follow-up status in ERP.

• Prepare and maintain reports ERP

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up until the client query is completely resolved.

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.

• Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving and customer-service attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple client queries and priorities.

• Good team coordination skills.
