JOB DETAILS

Age: 18+

Working Hours: 9 Hours (8 Hours Login + 1 Hour Break)

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Week Off: 1 Rotational Off

Salary: ₹15,000–₹17,000 IN-HAND

Deductions: No Deductions

COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent & strong English communication skills — MANDATORY

• No mother-tongue dependency while speaking English

• Must be comfortable communicating entirely in English during customer interactions

• Good Hindi communication skills — must be able to communicate clearly in Hindi when required

• Good interpretation & understanding skills

• Confident personality

• Clear speech with minimal stuttering or fumbling

• Professional communication skills

WFH REQUIREMENTS

• Laptop/Desktop

• Stable Wi-Fi/Internet

• Power Backup

• Basic Computer & MS Excel knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer interactions

• Understand and accurately interpret customer concerns

• Resolve customer queries

• Provide clear and professional communication

• Assist customers in English and Hindi whenever required
