Customer Support Executive

Location: Science City / Bopal Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role Focus: Customer Support | Renewal Calling | Customer Retention | Cross-Selling | Upselling

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Support Executive with strong Gujarati communication skills to handle customer queries, make renewal calls, maintain customer relationships, and support business growth through cross-selling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Communicate confidently with customers in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

• Make renewal and follow-up calls to existing customers.

• Explain renewal plans, product features, and service benefits.

• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.

• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and renewal details.

• Achieve assigned customer support, renewal, and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent Gujarati communication skills are mandatory.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

• Confident and polite while speaking with customers over the phone.

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, renewals, and sales activities.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.

• Freshers can apply; experience in customer support, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
