Customer Support Executive – Premium Voice Process

Location: GB Palya, Bengaluru

About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple Premium Voice Processes. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach. Freshers and experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound, outbound, and chat-based customer interactions professionally.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Communicate confidently and fluently in English.

• Follow company processes and maintain quality standards.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate/12th Pass

• Minimum 6 months of experience.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements:

Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English, along with proficiency in at least one of the following regional languages:

• Kannada

• Tamil

• Malayalam

• Hindi

• Marathi

• Bengali

• Gujarati

English Communication Requirements:

Candidates should possess:

• Excellent spoken English.

• Clear pronunciation with a neutral accent.

• Strong listening and comprehension skills.

• Confidence in handling customer conversations.

Selection Process: All shortlisted candidates will undergo a Versant Communication

Assessment. The minimum qualifying score will vary depending on the assigned process.
