Job Description

NAZ V HR Solutions is hiring Customer Support Executives for our client, TVS Automobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with good communication skills who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

• Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department.

• Follow company processes and quality standards.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
