. Hiring Alert – Merchant Experience Advisor (Relationship Manager) | Mswipe Technologies .

. Location: Juinagar

. Department: Helpdesk

. Position: Merchant Experience Advisor (Relationship Manager)

. Experience: 0–3 Years

. Industry Preference: Fintech / Banking / Payments

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle merchant queries through calls, emails & WhatsApp

• Resolve issues related to POS machines, transactions & settlements

• Conduct welcome calls and guide merchants on product usage

• Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Educate merchants about offers and campaigns

• Promote additional services (Upselling/Cross-selling)

• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Customer handling and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage high call volumes

• Basic knowledge of POS, UPI & digital payments

• CRM/Ticketing system knowledge is an added advantage

🎓 Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Age below 35 years
