Role & responsibilities :
We are looking for to join E-Commerce giant to our team for a calling process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction:
Key Responsibities :
-Handle inbound or outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, returns and products
-Maintain Proper records of customer satisfaction
-Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience
-Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Requirements:
-Minimum 6 months of work experience
-Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Ability to handle customers politely and efficiently
Preffered skills:
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- team player with a positive attitude
-Basic computer knowledge
