Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate, Undergraduate (12th pass) (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
Strong listening, probing, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts (US/UK time zones).
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
