Role Synopsis:
The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls and respond to mails
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain records of interactions
Ensure high Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
Provide excellent customer service
Good English communication skills
Experience & Educational Background:
Experience in International call centre is an added advantage
Experience in voice, chat, or email support is preferred
Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate in any discipline
