Job Description: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at MG Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. The role offers a salary of ₹20,000 per month + incentives for freshers and ₹37,000 per month for experienced candidates. The position involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and delivering excellent customer service in an international customer support environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach.

• Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer issues.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Meet performance targets related to call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the interaction.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–3+ years of experience can apply.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

• Work Location: Viman Nagar, Pune.

• Work Mode: Work From Office.

• Shift: US rotational shifts.

• Working Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

• Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

Salary Details:

• Freshers: ₹20,000 per month + incentives.

• Experienced candidates: ₹37,000 per month.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
