Eligibility
• Qualification: Minimum 10+2
• Experience: Freshers can apply (No prior experience required)
• Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly off
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries via voice, chat, and email
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records
• Follow company quality standards and policies
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Required Skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
• Willing to work from office
