Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to handle inbound calls and provide technical assistance for our mobile application. The role involves resolving technical issues and maintaining support reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound customer calls and provide prompt, courteous technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the mobile application.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of support calls, issues, and resolutions through technical support reports.
- Provide feedback to improve application performance and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with mobile applications (Android/iOS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of technical support processes and reporting.
- B.Tech degree preferred. Preferred:
- Previous experience in a technical support/customer service role.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and ticketing systems.
