📢 Hiring – Customer Support Executive (Technical)

📍 Location: Santej, Ahmedabad
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position: Customer Support Executive – Technical

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to products and technical issues.

• Provide technical support to customers through calls and WhatsApp/email.

• Understand customer complaints and coordinate with the technical/service team for resolution.

• Follow up with customers regarding service requests and complaints.

• Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal departments for timely issue resolution.

• Explain product-related information and basic technical solutions to customers.

• Ensure good customer service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma /Any Graduate/ B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in technical customer support, service, after-sales, or a related field.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic products and troubleshooting.

• Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups.

• Candidates from Ahmedabad/Santej or nearby locations preferred.
