Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling students' and parents' queries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive students' and parents' experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle students’ queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, or other support channels.

• Understand students’ concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Follow up with students’to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Maintain accurate records of students’ interactions and complaints.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Technical Support when required.

• Explain products, services, processes, and policies clearly.

• Handle students’ and parents’complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Ensure timely response to customer requests and maintain service-quality standards.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
