Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Calling -
Handle customer queries related to orders, products, payments, and delivery
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure a positive customer experience on every call
Outbound Calling -
Call customers for order confirmation and verification
Follow up on pending orders, payments, or inquiries
Collect customer feedback and provide support for upselling when necessary.
