We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Executive to handle both office and field operations of our maid agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client calls, inquiries, bookings and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with maids and assign them to client requirements.

• Recruit and coordinate with new domestic staff.

• Maintain client/staff records, documentation and computer data entry.

• Visit client locations for bill collection and payment follow-ups.

• Handle and submit daily collection records and accounts.

• Drop 24-hour maids at client locations when required.

• Assist with marketing and client visits.

• Manage day-to-day office operations and coordinate between clients and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, WhatsApp and Email.

• Experience in office operations, customer handling, staff coordination or collection work is preferred.

• Must be comfortable with both office and field work.

• Responsible, punctual and professional.

• Personal two-wheeler is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Note: This is a 12-hour full-time position involving both office and field work.
