Customer Support Associate

Location: Bhopal

Designation: Customer Support Associate

Salary: CTC ₹15,000 + Incentives up to ₹10,000

Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Language Requirement: Good English with clear communication skills , understand, read and translate.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate or above

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Assist customers with onboarding-related queries and support

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively

• Maintain proper records and update customer details in the system

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Job Requirements:

Basic English proficiency with good articulation

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

Must be available for immediate joining

Customer-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
