Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and chat

• Provide clear and polite responses to customers

• Resolve issues or escalate them to the concerned team

• Update customer information in the system

• Ensure quality customer service at all times

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Basic computer knowledge (typing, email)

• Comfortable with both chat and voice processes

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass
