Job Description – Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join Magnum Group. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 for freshers and ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 for experienced candidates and involves handling customer queries and providing timely, professional support. Join us for a great work environment with opportunities for salary growth after 6 months and 1 year, along with a night-shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat/support channels in a professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely information.

• Resolve customer complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department/team.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient customer support.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems.

• Candidates should be customer-focused, professional, and willing to learn.

• Location: Bhopal – Work from Office.

• Candidates must be open to working as per business/shift requirements.
