Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TATA AIA Life Insurance products to prospective customers.

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, customer interactions, and other sales activities.

• Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.

• Convert prospective leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Explain policy benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.

• Follow up with prospective customers to complete the sales process.

• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales journey.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment.
